Don’t Eat Standing Up, and Other Weight Loss Tips

Are you on a diet but getting nowhere fast? It can be hard to keep off the fatty foods when you don’t see your diet moving forward. But how can you lose that weight faster? Try these weight loss tips and watch the weight start dropping off.
- Don’t eat standing up — Remember this old wives tale? Well, it turns out there is more truth to it than your mother probably thought when she told it to you. Statistically when we eat standing up, we eat more and we eat it faster. This means that we end up putting on weight. If you take this rule seriously, it will cut down on your snacking and even that tasting in the kitchen while you cook, which all adds up.
- Before and after photos — Sometimes it can be hard to see the difference in your weight. But each week there probably is a small but significant difference. Take photos of your body each week. The visual reminder of how you looked at the beginning of your diet will help you stay on it, and the comparisons that you can see week to week will help you stay motivated to keep it going.
- Drink that water — Water is good for us for so many reasons. One of the ways it can help your body is to accelerate weight loss. Water helps dissolve vitamins and minerals in your body, and also helps to carry the waste out. And the less waste you have circling around your body, the less you are going to weigh.
Keep in mind that there are other ways to speed up weight loss. diet pills like Phentermine can help, but eating healthily and exercising is always going to be an important factor.
