Juice (or Blend) Your Way to Health: How Owning a Juicer/Blender Can Help You Lose Weight

There are so many blenders out there on the market. But how can a blender help you lose weight without turning to diet pills? Follow our weight loss tips
for advice on how to use your blender to your advantage.
Soups
So many of the pre-prepared soups that you can buy in the shops have unhealthy ingredients in them. But when you are making the soup yourself, you control what goes in, and more importantly what doesn’t. Lowering the levels of salt and preservatives that you eat will help you lose weight and stay healthy. Try blending leek and potato together, after boiling to soften. Sweet potato is another great soup for the winter, and can be kept almost totally pure to give you that sweet taste without added sugar. Try adding some Tabasco for a bit of a kick.
Juices
Many fruits and vegetables contain the energy boosts that can stop you from snacking between meals. Try a banana based shake, which will give you energy to get through the day without the extra boosts you usually get from caffeine and other unhealthy products. By drinking a fruit shake, you are increasing the amount of fruit you consume, without having to chew your way through it all. If you have a fruit shake with a chunky fruit such as dates for lunch, this should keep you off snacking until dinner time.
Juices could be one way to fast weight loss. Exercise and diet pills can certainly help to speed up the process. But the great thing about juices is how healthy they are, so you aren’t only losing weight but you are getting healthy while you do it.
