InStone LeanFire
Is your diet 'stuck'? Do you feel like staying in bed and giving your exercise schedule a rest today? Chance is you need to think about one of the diet supplements that can get you back on track, and one of the newest is LeanFire.
The latest in Sylvester Stallone's range of diet and bodybuilding supplements, LeanFire is a product designed to kick start the metabolism and increase fat burning. You might think that a diet supplement produced by the king of bodybuilding would be a muscle builder, but this is a pure fat burner, and from the ingredients it includes, it looks as though this should be one of the best.It doesn't include the now banned ephedra containing substances, and is absolutely legal, but does include a mixture of some of the best known diet boosters available today.

Three capsules of Leanfire (the recommended dose)contains;
Caffeine 300mg.
Caffeine is a metabolism booster, speeds up fat burning and gets rid of that 'diet blues' feeling of low energy.Green tea 300mg-
Research shows that green tea is a fat burner in its own right, and contains caffeine as well. Green tea and caffeine seem to work well together, reinforcing each other. But green tea is much more- it is a powerful antioxidant, and is believed to regulate sugar levels in the blood, slowing the rise in glucose levels after meals and improving carbohydrate metabolism.Vitamin C 120mg-
Not a fat burner, but no doubt a good addition to any diet where fresh fruit and vegetables are limited, this is an antioxidant, strengthens the immune system and works to minimise effects of stress.L-Tyrosine 650mg-
This is an amino acid believed to increase thyroid hormone levels, thus speeding up the metabolism.
Because it is a precursor of several types of neurotransmitter such as l-dopa,dopamine and nor epinephrine, this substance is also thought to improve mood and concentration.'Evo Lean Blend' 255mg-
A patented mixture of three traditionally used herbs:
Rhodiola rosea root- said to increase energy and stamina Evodia rutaecarpa- a herb used in Chinese medicine, believed to increase heat production and increase fat metabolism
E and Z guggelsterones- isolated from resin produced by an Indian tree, this is one of the Ayurvedic medicines, and has been shown to decrease LDL and increase HDL (that is, decreases 'bad' cholesterol and increases the 'good')
7-Keto 50mg- believed to raise thyroid hormone levels without side effects.
This is the breakdown for three capsules.
The recommended dose is three capsules twice a day, but this may be too much for lighter women, and it would be a good idea to start gradually and work up until you feel that the right effect is attained.
There is no doubt that a lot of thought and research has gone into the development of this product, which combines the best of the new and a liberal amount of traditional knowledge.
It does contain a large amount of caffeine, the three capsule serving recommended is equivalent to three cups of coffee, so if you aren't a big coffee drinker it would be a good idea to start gradually, and if you are a big coffee drinker cut down while you are taking LeanFire, otherwise you may find yourself getting jittery and bad tempered.
Caffeine can also be dehydrating, so you will need to drink plenty while you are taking this supplement.
Another ingredient which can be problematic in large doses is L- tyrosine, which has been described as a natural antidepressant.
In susceptible people it can cause mood swings which can become extreme, so this is another reason to start gradually, and if you are being treated for depression, this would not be a good supplement for you.
Does it work? Many people who have used this supplement say it does, although LeanFire hasn't been tested in clinical trials, and some of the ingredients have not been proven effective.
On the other hand, they haven't been proven ineffective, either!
If you use LeanFire in addition to dieting and exercising, its likely that you will get good results, and lose more weight than you would without it. You should always consult your doctor before starting to take any supplement!
