The latest fad in dieting is to not diet at all. Learn and adopt 10 simple principles for healthy eating to lose weight, lower cholesterol, and stay fit; don’t count calories, don’t say goodbye to the foods you love. 1. Eat a variety of nutrient rich foods including whole-grains, fruits and vegetables, low fat dairy products, and meat, poultry, fish. Don’t worry about calories; listen to your body’s hunger signals, and be honest about what they are telling you.
2. Eat lots of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. These foods are rich in fiber which keeps you feeling satisfied and is great for digestion.
