Although, nuts are very beneficial in also maintaining a healthy heart, nuts are also high in fat when consumed in high quantities. Therefore, it is important to eat with moderation and to know that just a hand full of nuts can give you the benefits.
•    Stick to water – Fruit juices and sodas contain lots of sugar and many unwanted calories. Water, on the other hand, has no calories and helps you flush out toxins in your body while helping you feel not bloated.
•    Eat breakfast – This may seem trivial, but eating a big breakfast is really important. Rushing out the door without eating breakfast, can lead you to binging on snacks and overeating at lunch time. Eating breakfast can help you feel focused, and can help you east more sizable amounts of food throughout the day, resulting in fewer calorie consumption.
